Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Marchelle Designs! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Personalization and Refund Policy
All items are custom-made based on the details you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and items are non-refundable once customized. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Proofing Process
A digital proof will be sent for your approval prior to production. This proof confirms all personalization details, including spelling. We require your approval of this proof to proceed, and by approving, you accept responsibility for accuracy.

3. Payment Terms
All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. For orders being shipped out of state, full payment is required upfront.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is typically through FedEx, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be determined and disclosed before production and shipping.

Local delivery within Greater Boston and South Eastern Massachusetts area can be arranged for an additional fee. 

5. Errors and Replacements

• Errors by Marchelle Designs: If an error occurs after the proofing process or we fail to match the approved proof, we will replace the item at no extra charge.
• Proofing Oversights: Errors approved in the proof are eligible for replacement at a 50% discount.
• Damage During Shipment: If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item to marchelle@marchelledesigns.com within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement.
